“I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. Ungrounded extension cords are provided. The market next door which presumably provides a free breakfast wasn't open for the season yet. Other than that, the room was...

“Nice motel, you can reach the harbor in 10 minutes on foot or easily with the bus. Very good choice if you plan to visit the Acadia National Park or for whale watching or other activities in Bar Harbor.”

“Wonderful ocean view from our balcony. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Laundry facilities on site that came in handy and was not expected. Located away from the busy downtown and still had a beautiful view and a family of deer that visited daily :). The cleaning staff were very outgoing and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!”

“Loved the quaint feeling! Perfect location to Acadia & Bar Harbor. Upon arrival our flights were delayed, so I contacted the property to make them aware of a late check in. They left us our room key & made the check in process seamless. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good & unique every morning! Also, a plus- you are able to use the amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) at the property next door. Would stay here again 😊”
