“My wife was bitten all over her body by either bedbugs or fleas. I sat on the sofa bed and had to move because of the odor-it smelled like a wet dog.
Also, while checking in the staff was more concerned about registering my car for parking than anything else, which was a $10 per night extra charge that i don't recall seeing on your website when i booked my stay.”

“I like that breakfast was available. I did have a hard time finding our room as the numbers didn't make alot of sence. And I hope they were just remodeling or something bc the backside of the property was a little sketchy for my liking especially with traveling with a young child. Overall it wasn't bad other then the hobo looking guy lingering out front.”

“The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.”

“Our room (130) had a phone that did t work which they said its been that way for years and also the room was dripping wet… literally. The seals in the door were non existent and cased a lot of humidity or baby formula the beds our clothes the floor the crawling all super wet. I went to ask for towels to dry out floors and the lady said are you in 130? I said yes and she said they just can’t seem to fix that room it’s been like this for a long time.
