“In the midst of a heat wave the ac stopped working and I told the front desk I needed repairs and the maintenance tweaked it but didn’t fix it. I called Expedia and they called the front desk and they were told that I had the ac on auto not cool and I needed to give it some time to cool the room. That was a total lie since the unit didn’t even have an auto setting. Then I complained to the front desk again and they replaced the unit. “The room was clean & comfortable. Updated but the bathroom was still cramped. It is an older place where you enter the room from outside, like a motel. Staff was good, prompt & helpful. They upgraded the pool area with a tiki bar & games area. Centrally located between New Hope & Peddlers Billage so it is worth the money.”
