“The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean? It was only a one night stay, so I didn’t request anything special. I also booked on Expedia and the site...

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access”

“Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience.”

“The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...
