Pratica casa vacanza nella fattoria Nollur sull'Eyafjord

La casa è stata progettata da un architetto svizzero e completata nel 2009. Grande valore è stato posto su un piacevole clima interno per l'estate e l'inverno. La casa è riscaldata con acqua calda naturale. Le grandi finestre consentono una vista impressionante sul fiordo e sul gioco del tempo. In inverno puoi guardare l'aurora boreale senza uscire di casa.
La casa è composta da tre stanze separate più un bagno. Nella stanza principale c'è un grande tavolo e la cucina. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano con vista sul fiordo. La camera dei bambini ha un letto a castello. Il bagno in ardesia nera con una grande doccia è situato centralmente nella casa. La cucina ha due piastre elettriche, un frigorifero e abbastanza piatti. Sono disponibili WiFi e PC con accesso a Internet.

Alles perfekt
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung des Nordens Islands. Die Aussicht ist mega schön, wir haben die Sonnenauf- und -untergänge jeden Tag anders erlebt und genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super, alles da, sogar ein Kaffeeautomat. Die Ausflugs- und Wandertipps der Vermieter haben uns die Umgebung noch besser kennenlernen lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Amazing place with a stunning view
Beautiful place to stay, the views over the bay are amazing, only a 15 minute drive to downtown akureyri, yet peacefull and quiet in the house. Owner of the buildings is a great guy, can help you with anything, giving recommendation or just a chat. Will be visiting again on future iceland trips.

Stunning place on the fjord
This was a highlight of our trip. Views from the place out to the fjord and the mountains are stunning, and everything in the house is new and well-designed and thought out. Kitchen is stocked with quality pans. Thomas provided a book with lots of local tips, including restaurants and hikes, which we made good use of. It's a bit off the beaten track, and for us that is a plus! I would totally recommend this place.

Der Aufenthalt im Nollur-Hof war sehr schön. Die Lage ist einzigartig schön. Die Unterkunft selber war eher schlicht und einfach gehalten. Nachdem wir einige Küchenutensilien zugekauft hatten, war alles okay. Von unserer Seite klar empfehlenswert mit einigen Abstrichen in Ausstattung…

Relaxation at its finest
I am so glad we found this listing. Being right on a fjord was awesome. The first morning there we saw and heard whales. The property is just far enough from town but not to far. We were able to drive to the tourist sites and not be rushed. For our first trip to Iceland, this location was perfect.

Beautiful cottage on the fjord
Great location if you want to get away from it all. Property was clean, kitchen was well apppinted and practical, and the views out the back window and patio were stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

Black and White
The "White's": Fantastic view on fjord and mountains Very quiet Some high quality elements in the house like inox steel working area in kitchen, high quality coffee brewer, good mattresses etc The "Black's": We requested in advance the second bedroom to be prepared and only after several reminders we received on day 3 a linen but not an offer to prepare the room for the second half of the stay, so we had to clean it on our own On the one hand a high quality coffee machine, on the other hand for a four person house only one spoon, fork etc per person, many similar examples could be provided Cleaning could have been much more thorough, in bathroom, bedrooms etc For that price I would have expected a bit of salt, pepper and sugar in the house as an absolute minimum so we had to buy that stuff although we already had completed two other stays of cottages on the island before Etc. Etc. The owners live far away in Germany/Switzerland, probably have invested a lot of money into the place but now rely on people that do not manage it as it would be their own property and only do the minimum if at all, do not replace/refill things that should obviously be done and we have never got the impression to feel at least a bit at home away from home. In summary, OK but expensive for a few hours of sleep but not a place you would like to spend a longer time.

Hallo, es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Organisation und Kommunikation klappt super. Das Haus liegt direkt am Fjord mit einem tollen Ausblick. Alles ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man ist schnell in Akureyri oder Grenivik für Einkäufe und Besorgungen. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Traumhaus
Ein wunderschönes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage , direkt am Fjord.Wir haben die Aussicht und die herrliche Ruhe sehr genossen.Durch die Panoramafenster hatte man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Fjord.Sehr schöne Ausstattung und sehr viel Platz .Auch ein großer Parkplatz für das Auto war direkt vor dem Haus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nach unseren langen Ausflügen war es wie : Heimkommen .Wir würden auch sehr gerne wiederkommen.
