Hotel a Northern Alberta

“Room was nice well kept”

“The hotel is tired and needs some TLC. The paint on the inside and the outside was chipping. The carpet in the rooms have probably seen better days. The windows were hard to open and when they did, we could smell the restaurant below. The blinds were coming apart. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable, but we would not stay here again. I’m not sure what the hotel was before a hotel it was just confusing.”

“Great location and rooms. We were super disappointed the hot tub was closed for maintenance and we didn’t know since we booked on Expedia. Had we of known we would have chosen another location.”

“Room was clean and organized, amazing experience. The air conditioning however ran all night even after we shut it off. The room ended up being cold. Generally the stay was great. I was denied late check out which is fine but I liked the place.”

“The fresh made pancakes at breakfast were delicious, but the apples had seen better days. The rooms were clean, but the carpet in the stairwells looked dirty. Beds and pillows were comfortable.”

“The good on the lounge was terrible - the restaurant is not open in the evenings. The elevators were dirty. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was great”

“Clean, new, well laid out queen room with proper small desk, drawers for storage and a mini-fridge. Breakfast included was not that, nothing hot or prepared. There's a restaurant and bar on the main floor. This place is just outside of town to the north, so you cant really walk to local town stores and amenities. The building is two stories with no elevator, not an issue for me but something to know.”

“Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking ”
