“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”

“Check-in was a 1/2 late - only negative other than we were on the second floor and the exterior overhead beam once you got to the top of the stairs was pretty low - no warning and my husband (who is 6'6) whacked his head pretty good. We were very careful after that little surprise.”
