“We chose L'Auberge de Sedona for its reputation for luxury hospitality, but our experience fell far short. Our 1:30 p.m. lunch reservation at Cress couldn't be found, though we were seated. It then took 35 minutes for our server to take our order. By 2:20 p.m. our appetizers arrived, but our drinks had been forgotten until we asked, and no refills were ever offered. “We were provided a list of recommended restaurants upon check in which was very helpful. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean and the shower was excellent! Would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but otherwise this was a real treat.”
