“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

“We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room.
The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...

“Non abbiamo utilizzato la navetta. Le camere e il bagno sono puliti e il letto è molto comodo. Purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso del divano letto, decisamente scomodo come soluzione per una terza persona (va bene solo per un bambino leggero). Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca e ottima. Lo consiglio”

“Just because I had a well priced personal deal through Expedia that shouldn’t have meant that I got awhat looked like the worst room up a flight of stairs that felt like the servants quarters, that had mould and mildew around the window and in the bathroom. Room desperately in need of refurbishment. Although I had read that the hotel had a lift, which was essential for my needs, there was no mention in the description that this room was stairs only access.
