“We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

“Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. Rooms are good sized, well equipped, and the en-suites are great.
Staff are very helpful and polite
One point - cooked breakfasts on my 2x mornings did take a while (40-45 minutes) - so just leave yourself enough time, just in case
Overall, I'll definitely go back”

“We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange. The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great place to relax. The only downside was the spa facilities, which felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“To be fair we stayed at this hotel during the hottest week of the year but it was boiling! Our rooms were on the top floor so that didnt help either but the water pipes in the room were roasting, the windows didnt open fully because of the safety features and the water didnt get very cold to help cool us down. Even with 2 fans on in the room the heat in there was unbearable. We ended up having to put wet towels on us in an attempt to keep cool. Food was ok but not great and the garden furniture...

“L'albergo è nuovo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”
