“The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available....

“Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus.
DO NOT STAY HERE. ”

“Arrived on property, abandoned car with no wheels in parking lot. First two rooms were dirty (not cleaned out from previous occupant) lady at front desk was very nice and apologetic but cmon. Finally got my room after waiting 1hr for one to be cleaned out. Mold in the shower head area and ac/heater unit had a funky, moldy smell when turned on. Floor felt grimy and some towels had mysterious stains on them. Would not recommend. ”

“This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. ”

“Definitely worth the stop loved the place. Restaurant was great went on chicken wing night and they were excellent. I own a small brewery so everything worked for me especially the shower beers.
