“I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door.
The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

Street noise is noticeable on units sets closer to the street.
Bathrooms looked recently renovated. Clean grout!!
No waffles for kids in the morning and breakfast was below expectations compared to other Best Westerns but still good.”

“We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful!

“This room was just what the doc ordered after a 10 hour drive.
Clean room, good A/C, comfy bed and pillows, updated bathroom with great shower, plenty of restaurants near by (5-10 minute drive) to grab dinner, and conveniently located right off the freeway for easy off/on access. Also liked that it was pet friendly with no additional fees. A few more luggage carts would be helpful, but the ones that were available were greatly appreciated.
Only pain point was the door on the wall in the room...

The lobby looks nice. The room was clean. Sorta. That’s it!
The stairwell to go to the second floor smells like piss. The hallway to the rooms had to AC so it was like walking through a sauna. It smelled like pee and pot and an old smokers house.
The night was nothing but people yelling and running up and down the hall

“We weren't able to stay at this property due to car trouble. The staff helped us find alternative lodging where we were waiting for the car to be repaired. However, they did so with much additional pressure to purchase a vacation package at other hotels in the IHG group.The help was appreciated, the pressure was not.”
