“Sam was at the welcome desk when I arrived to check in. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. When I had an issue with the TV in my room, he was quick to try to resolve and explain the issue. He ended up arranging for me to move up another room across the hall and offered to bring a cart or assist me in moving my belongings. “I would not say the room was spotless, but it was definitely much better than most. I didn’t feel the need to go around with a bottle of Clorox cleanup so that says a lot! The staff was super friendly and I did not really use any amenities as I was there for an event elsewhere. The bed was super comfortable, and I like the fact that you get a separate can for recyclables. I walked around the building outside for exercise and everything seemed safe and secure to me.
