“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...

“The room we stayed in was ok condition, but the bathroom was in poor repair. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, the toilet flush had to be manually lifted or the toilet "ran" continuously, and there was some strange water damage above the shower that appeared that the housekeeper had tried to fix with some kind of paper towel that was stuck to the ceiling. “Rooms were clean, no coffee pot,not enough towels, was in room for 4 days never got cleaned, smell of weed all the time, always a group of people out side the entrance, people living in there cars in parking lot throwing there trash out, if you wanted clean linens you had to bring your dirty ones down to counter, was there 4 days only seen someone at front desk 2 times. Will not stay again.”
