“The property looks better online than it does in person. Staff will just stare you as a guest. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of two waffle makers, eggs, pork sausage, biscuits, and potatoes. All cooked in the microwave. My biggest complaint would be the lack of cleanliness. During my stay I watched the housekeeper walk around the facility with the same blue gloves he had on cleaning out the rooms. “Clean and spacious room. Be aware that breakfast is not included when you book a room.”

“There was hair on the sheet, when I reported it, I was given sheets to change them, I said "I don't work here' so I was given another room. Ther shower didn't even give hot water, I called about it and was told I could take a one in another room. Who does that??!!”

“We stayed here just before July 4th weekend. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Top level customer service. Everyone from the manager to wonderful ladies working the breakfast to the janitor and housekeeping would say hello or good morning. The house keeping arranged my daughter's stuffed animals on the bed and she loved it. The only little issue was our shower kept running slowly. I am sure if we would have let them know they would have switched us rooms. But we decided to just deal with...

“Never have I been in a hotel where it was so very quiet (especially before midnight) as this Drury. It was quiet all evening which made it easier to sleep. As usual all the meals were delicious. When needing a hotel, we locate a Drury.”

“The female front desk clerk was less than helpful with our situation. We were in from Memphis, Tennessee for a Cardinals game. We arrive a little early. It was raining profusely outside, and she could not get us into a room for early check-in yet I saw other guests coming in behind us that we’re checking in make that make sense.”

“Great service and responsive to any issues. Carpet in room had a smell. Maintenance was very responsive to address the issue. However, I think corporate should have a better schedule to replace the carpet. It was obvious that it had far passed its useful life.”

“The room was clean but had a slight smell when entering. We got the king suite and it was smaller than expected but clean. The hotel is central to some restaurants and gas stations. Close to the airport if needed. There is NO SWIMMING POOL as advertised on Expedia and we had plan for pool days.”
