“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing.
On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”

“Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

“The biggest disappointment in a hotel stay in recent memory. They gave me a handicap room without asking if that was ok. The bed was a sweeky king extremely low to the ground. It swelled each time I moved. One towel total for two people and when I asked the front desk for another towel or two she rolled her eyes and asked why? They have a kitchenette in the room with no utensils, cups or plates absolutely NOTHING! When asked about that they said “We don’t provide kitchen ware”. The other...
