The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa bed, a 50-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.

DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 8 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening after a long day at work or with the family.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Northwich. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine & dryer.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 2.5 bathrooms at the property. There is a toilet on the ground floor. A main bathroom on the first floor benefits from a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower and an en-suite bathroom on the second-floor benefits from a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
