“Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. Location is two minutes away from Railway station so very good for transport links. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, polite and attentive. “Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch”

“Good welcome on a Sunday evening. Room was warm and well appointed. Bathroom was okay but the bath silicone sealing could do with being replaced and a toilet paper holder would be good as well. These are only minor things and overall the visit was excellent and we had an excellent breakfast next morning”

“Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.”

“Camera e letto grandi. E' praticamente in un'area di servizio quindi comodo per arrivare e andare su autostrada e aeroporto ( e non troppo lontano da chester). Aria condizionata un po troppo sparata. Pulizua bagno migliorabile. Complessivamente buono e sncora abbastanza nuovo ma prezzo un po troppo alto.”
