“Came here after a nightmare with a different hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was fun and the breakfast was amazing (and free!)”

“The hotel was very dirty. The hall entryway by the pool smells like sewer and one of our rooms was entered by staff when no housekeeping or anybody was supposed to enter when we left. The tag was on the door and when we got back the door was propped open.The breakfast consisted of waffles with a dispenser that barely poured out and boiled eggs that's it.”

“The pool is tiny, no hot tub. The room was hard to get into because the locking mechanism wasnt installed correctly. The first day we got to breakfast 20 mins before end time and I asked about oatmeal that was out and they werent going to make anymore so I grabbed some yogurt to put oatmeal toppings on that (granola and cinnamon) but the attendant took the toppings away also after I asked about the oatmeal. Then next day we were there at the start of breakfast time and getting ready to leave...

“Well let’s start off with my rooms were sold out from underneath me So we settled for what they had so we didn’t have to travel anywhere else which was a downgrade, but wanted to make me feel like I was getting a deal cause they wasn’t gonna charge me for my new rooms which was a double beds instead of a king suits. and when we got in our room, one of the rooms didn’t have a TV remote, and the remote that I was given didn’t work so it was pretty great night”

“It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. The AC is a force to be reckoned with, we could see our breath after it kicked on haha. Big thanks to Ken and other team...

“This is a brand new hotel. Our room was clean when we arrived. We arrived late in the evening. The main lobby floors were dirty we just figured that was from the kids walking around wet from the pool. But the common floors were never mopped while there and the halls were never vacuumed the same dirt was there out whole 3 night stay. Also they only clean the room everyother day. The day the were supposed to clean our room they just change out the towels. They did not make the bed or take out the...

“The property was ok. Our door was damaged and the door to the bathroom was warped. The carpet was peeling away from the wall. It did not affect our stay but certainly not a good first impression. Breakfast was typical but no syrup one day. Staff was friendly. Our key cards quit working the day before we were to leave but they quickly fixed the issue. Pool area was nice.”

“Beware! The Pool is currently under maintenance, but at the reception they provide a voucher to go to a gym for free... No kitchen available, only a microwave oven and a boiler, but the laundry room is ok.”
