Hotel vicino a Norwegian Joy - Miami

“Fantastic location, beautiful atrium, very careful front desk supervisor (Keryn). Room very spacious, a little bit too cold given the external temperature. If I were to come back to Miami, I would stay in this hotel!”

“This property is 10 of 10 . We love our stay. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent. The hotel is located near to stores and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend will stay again.”

“Eccellente”

“I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. When we arrived in the morning, I asked again, explaining that I was suffering from severe back pain, but no one made any effort to accommodate us. We had to wait until 4 p.m. for the regular check-in, which was nothing short of shameful due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member named...

Posizione buona”

“Cibo 24/7. Area comune con divani, TV, giochi e libri. Rooftop bar + piscina. Palestra semplice e spaziosa con vista. Personale preparato e disponibile. Camere semplici, pulite, complete e domotiche.”

“Good but the resort fee is silly”

“Per gli italiani ottima soluzione ”

“Due to flight delays and outrageous Miami traffic we arrived right around 11:50 PM. Got our room went upstairs and realized that there were two queen beds, when my reservation was for a king. When I went back downstairs, I was told they had given my room away and there were no king beds remaining. I never understand how that is acceptable or even legal when you have paid for your reservation. The front desk woman seemed a bit, overwhelmed, and kept checking with her manager, who seemed to always...

“Will stay there on my trip to Miami”
