The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! “What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

“Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring. Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money.”

“What an absolute gem. Situated in a quiet quaint village Wayside is the perfect getaway. My room was clean and spacious with views out onto beautiful countryside. Lovely courtyard at the entrance with seating area. Continental breakfast wanted for nothing with fresh refrigerated milk, yoghurts, orange juice, cheese grapes etc. Lovely fresh bread, toaster, kettle and all you need to use. Shower room compact and spotless. I would definitely recommend”
