Discover Wroxham Miniature Worlds (1 mile), Hoveton Hall Gardens (less than 1 mile) and plenty of opportunities for boat hire to explore the River Bure and Wroxham Broad. Head a little further out to discover the family-friendly attractions of BeWILDerwood Norfolk (2 miles) and the RAF Air Defence Radar Museum (2.5 miles) or make your way to the coast to admire the beach at Horsey Gap, within 14 miles. Also, just a short drive away is Norwich’s lively city centre (10 miles). Or if you prefer to leave the car at home, Hoveton is well connected by bus and rail, with Norwich only a 15 minute train ride away.


This peaceful property is an annexe located on the owner’s grounds, putting help close at hand should you need it throughout your stay. Head inside via the private entrance to find recently renovated rooms laid out over a single floor. The kitchen-come-diner is a multifunctional space offering sociable surroundings and room to cook. A drop-leaf dining table seats four and creates extra space for movement when not in use. Move from here into the lounge, an ever-comfortable space with soft seating, a Smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar. Savour restful evenings here as the sun goes down, before retiring to bed come nightfall. Two bedrooms – a double and a twin – can be found down the hall, alongside a bright family bathroom.


Pass through patio doors in the lounge to make your way outside, savouring any sunshine from the private terrace. This enclosed courtyard garden has been furnished with a table and chairs, inviting you to dine or sip drinks alfresco. At the front of the property, a spacious driveway accommodates one car.
