Welcome to your comfortable and well-equipped stay in Norwich. This bright and generously sized six-bedroom house offers space, flexibility, and all the practical touches needed for families, business travellers, contractors, or friends visiting together. Located in a peaceful residential area just 11 minutes drive from the city centre, it comfortably accommodates up to eleven guests and is ideal for large groups and longer stays.

Rainsborough Rise sits in the heart of Dunssindale, a quiet and leafy suburb just east of Norwich. This peaceful residential area is ideal for guests looking to unwind, with tree-lined streets, nearby woodland walks, and a strong sense of community. It’s perfect for families, professionals, or groups needing space and serenity while staying connected to city life.

Norwich Cathedral – a magnificent 12th-century Norman-Gothic cathedral with stunning cloisters and over 1,000 ceiling bosses. It’s about a 10-minute drive (≈3 miles).

Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery – a medieval motte-and-bailey castle housing art, archaeology, and natural history exhibits. Located approximately 10 minutes by car (≈3 miles), or about 50 minutes via public transport .

Elm Hill – a charming cobbled Tudor street with cafés, galleries, and independent shops. Roughly 10 minutes by car (≈3 miles) or a 40–45 minute bus journey into town .

Norwich Market & The Forum – one of the largest historic open-air markets in the UK, surrounded by cafés, cultural events, and The Forum library. About a 10-minute drive (≈3 miles) or 40–45 minutes by bus .

Guests have full, private access to the entire home throughout their stay. This includes:

Free Driveway Parking – Generous parking space for 2 vehicles directly outside the house.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with two cosy sofas and a smart TV, a perfect place to relax after a day out or work. There’s also a dedicated office area for those needing to work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook for a group allong with a dining table, also with a separate utility room housing a washer, dryer, and extra storage. A downstairs WC adds convenience, and the ground-floor bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as two doubles, offering flexibility for different guest setups.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a super king-size zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as twin singles, along with an additional single bed – perfect for parents travelling with a child. You’ll also find five further bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with king-size zip-and-link beds, and two more with standard king or double beds. Whether you're travelling as couples, colleagues, or a mixed group, the sleeping arrangements can be configured to suit.

The house has three bathrooms: one family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, a second bathroom with a bath, and an en-suite shower room in the king-size bedroom. A ground-floor WC ensures easy access for all.

Guests benefit from superfast Wi-Fi throughout, free on-site and street parking, and nearby bus stops. Walking routes are all within easy reach.

Managed by Ginger & Gold Management Ltd, this property is professionally cleaned, fully serviced, and supported by a friendly local team who are always on hand should you need anything.

The Nearest bus stop is “Rainsborough Rise” – it’s just down the road along Dussindale Drive. Take bus 5B to get to Central Norwich.
The Nearest shop is “Londis” . It is a convenience store that is open 7 am–9 pm.
The Nearest supermarket is “Sainsbury” which is is a 6-minute short drive.
