The main living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, dining area and sitting room featuring Smart television. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a double while bedroom three has 3' twin beds, and both share the family bathroom with its bath and shower over. There is plenty of parking in the private paddock opposite, which also doubles as the ideal playing green for a spot of summer cricket, rounders, football or whichever ball game takes your fancy! The shed to the rear of the property can be used to securely store bikes - you just need to bring your own padlock.
