The bright and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. Modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer, make cooking a breeze, while the well-stocked cupboards ensure you have all the cookware and utensils you need.

Upstairs, the home offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each providing a comfortable and practical space to rest. The master bedroom features two single beds that can be zipped together to create a luxurious super king, along with its own TV for added comfort. The second bedroom is a cosy space with a single bed, while the third bedroom also offers a single bed along with a dedicated workspace, ideal for those needing to catch up on work. The fourth bedroom is designed with rest in mind, offering a single bed, a wardrobe for storage, and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

With two modern bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The first bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, ideal for a relaxing soak, while the second bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower, perfect for a refreshing start to the day.

Step outside to the private enclosed garden, a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh air. The patio area is furnished with outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for relaxing or socialising.

The house is located in the central part of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.

The property is a 7-minute walk to Norwich's central bus station where you have quick links to the coast, the Broads and surrounding towns and villages.

The train station is a 7-minute drive away again giving you clear access to anywhere you need!

The property is on the main road in and out of the city centre, easy to find!

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

House Rules
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
