“I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. I asked for wheelchair accessible shower but none were available. That was disappointing!
The room and entrance was wheelchair accessible. My only dislike...

“Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. “The room was a standard motel room. Needed help to get the balcony door open. Had to get the key card reset every day as it would not work every time we returned to the motel. A bit noisy when sitting on the balcony because it is on a main street with heavy traffic, but was not bad when inside the room.
24 hour security guards and wondered why, but it felt safe during our stay.
