Tropical Beach Condo

Villa Papaya is a spacious 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo that sleeps up to 4 people in 3 beds. Amenities include AC throughout, gated parking, night-time security, a shared swimming pool, a private path to the beautiful beaches of Playa Pelada.

Walk to the local mini-market and eateries, the surf in Guiones is a 10 minute drive or 18 minute beach walk.

Please note that children of guests must be over the age of 6 due to HOA guidelines.

This condo is perfect for a family get away in paradise. Just steps away from the beach, pool and local restaurants, you will have everything you need for your Pura Vida vacation. The condo is open, spacious, and well stocked with everything you need for cooking, relaxing after your day in the waves and is quiet and comfortable.

**Please note that children of guests must be 6 years of age or older. The age rule is set by the HOA and applies to the entire complex. The reason for the rule has to do noise level and safety of the pool area.

Guest access:
The complex shares a laundry room next to the pool. A limited supply of bio friendly laundry detergent is available at the condo as the plants are watered with grey water.

Other things to note:
Playa Pelada is only a 10-minute drive to the surf in Playa Guiones, or you can walk along the beach and be at the surf in North Guiones in 18 minutes.

There are a lot of great restaurants throughout Nosara and we suggest a golf cart for evenings out to dinner. Uber is not available in the area. Other means of transportation are Tuk Tuk taxis which hold up to 2-3 people and are about $10/one way, depending where you are going.
