Chalet GRENIER DE KOIKOI

Splendid individual chalet in the heart of the charming village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Your cocoon is elevated on three floor, 130 sqm, for 10 persons.

*GARDEN LEVEL : one in suite bedroom (bed of 160) and its bathroom (shower and toilets) ; one double bedroom (bed of 160) with television and DVD and access to a terrace ; bathroom with shower ; separated toilets ; wellness area with SAUNA and shower.

*GROUNDFLOOR : entrance ; guest toilets ; one bedroom with bunk beds, one drawer bed, one single bed (4x90) open on to a balcony ; one double in suite bedroom (bed of 160) with bathroom (bath) open on to a balcony.

*1ST FLOOR : kitchen open on the living room with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffe macchine ; very bright living room with sofa, television, DVD, anf fire place log. The floor is open on to a balcony facing SOUTH/WEST with superb view on the Mont Charvin and the village.

*MEZZANINE with sofas, television, DVD and playstation.

The Grenier de Koikoi is a beautiful individual chalet, totally new, located in the centre village, 200m from the shops and 400m from the foot of the slopes of Espace Diamant ski area and the ski school.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192km of slopes and its 6 resorts-villages linked (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.

The centre village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the favorite place to have everything within reach: shops, entertainment, slopes. The charm, authenticity and conviviality of this resort-village will seduce you.

In summer, you will be 50m from the tennis courts and games for children, and also close to many paths. You will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 4km from the chalet.

The advantage of being in a quiet area close to everything!
