Come and enjoy this holiday rental located on the garden level (lower than street level). This self-contained unit is part of a house with a shared entrance via a gate. French doors open directly onto the terrace and garden, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. Wi-Fi is available.

Quiet neighborhood, 100m from the beach, facing the dunes, near pine trees and shops. Beach area (Mouettes)

This rental comprises:

- a living/dining room with sofa and television,

- a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and dishwasher.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x190cm)
- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (90x190cm)
- Shower room, separate WC

Everything is provided for you to fully enjoy the outdoors: a pergola with a table and garden chairs, and folding lounge chairs for your relaxation.
A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room, which is shared with another tenant.
You can also use the barbecue available for both accommodations.

Street parking is available.

The apartment has a ceiling height of 1.96m.

Pets are welcome.

Bon emplacement mais location très moyen

Séjour très mitigé. Le seul atout est la proximité de la plage. Le reste était moins bien pour nous. L'entrée est commune avec un autre bien mais sans possibilité de s'isoler. Avec un chien, c'est compliqué. Le container à ordures ménagères débordait de plusieurs semaines de location, le bien était très humide en arrivant. La communication avec l'agence est perfectible: Pas de forfait ménage possible malgré la saison, les informations sont approximatives (date de prise de rendez-vous pour le départ donnée sans concertation, donc remise en cause, peu de prise en compte de nos remarques...).
