Situated on the 3rd and top floor of a seafront residence, this studio apartment offers an uninterrupted view of the embankment and the central beach of Notre-Dame-de-Monts. Thanks to its exposure, you can enjoy the Vendée sunsets, for a weekend or the holidays...

Your holiday accommodation comprises :
- An entrance hall
- A south-west-facing living room opening onto a balcony with a sea view:
- Kitchen: sink, microwave, two induction hobs, crockery, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle.
- Living room: table and four chairs, china cabinet, flat-screen TV, click-clack sofa (140x190) with bedding (blanket + 2 pillows).
- The sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) with duvet and 2 pillows, two bedside tables, two lamps and a wardrobe.
- Shower room: basin, shower, WC, washing machine

Notre Dame de Monts is the ideal seaside resort in the Vendée for a nature weekend or family holiday.
Set between marshes and beaches, the resort offers a host of activities typical of the region: footpaths for hiking, wild dunes and fishing, canoeing along the salt marshes on the Route du Sel, surfing, sand yachting, paddle boarding and catamaran sailing at the Notre Dame nautical base.
The resort links Saint Jean-de-Monts, Fromentine and Noirmoutier via cycle paths.
You can also sample the flavours of the Vendée by visiting our local producers and trying our Vendée brioche.
Nearby, you can stop off at Ile d'Yeu by boat (from Fromentine), or discover Ile de Noirmoutier,
and visit the Parc du PUY DU FOU 1h30 away.
