There is no single thing that is ok with this hotel. It shouldn't be in business. Starting from the front door that invites you to push the button to start an automatic door that is out of order you start smelling the issues. Then I found out that the no-smoking room that I book was a room on a floor where it was actually allowed to smoke even inside the rooms. They said they were fully booked and had to do it (?). If a guest had asma and risked to die they couldn't even be bothered.
I'm surprised that Expedia lists a hotel which will surely not pass the helth and safety check, I thought that smoking rooms didn't exist anymore at least since 20 years, apparently this is the last hotel where they do.
They didn't offer me even a partial reimbursement for giving me such a bad room and potentially risking to harm my health, just moved me the night after to a room which was more similar to what I booked.
Lift often does not work, rooms are stuck in the 80s, everything is dirty, personnel is unprofessional and calls you "darling".
If you stay here, you will highly regret it
