“We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard.
There were no towels in our room, we had to request these via the doorbell. There was no bottled water as advertised. The room was not very clean - there were cobwebs on the wall,...

“The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door”

“We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. “Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. “La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”
