This bright and generously sized 1 bedroom apartment is located within a peaceful development in the heart of Nottingham. Designed for a comfortable stay, it features a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living area, a modern bathroom complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, a cosy double bedroom, and high-speed WiFi throughout.

The Space:
This stylish 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard, offering modern fittings, comfortable furnishings, and ample space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a relaxing city stay. The bright open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking, a cosy sofa and armchair, plus a smart TV for your entertainment. High-speed broadband is available throughout. Large feature windows fill the apartment with natural light, creating an airy and welcoming feel. The spacious double bedroom offers generous storage and a plush bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The contemporary bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet, and sink, and comes complete with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from central Nottingham, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The main shopping district including high street stores, Old Market Square, Nottingham Contemporary Gallery, Nottingham Castle Museum, National Justice Museum and the Theatre Royal are all within a short walking distance of the apartment. Nottingham Train Station is just 2 minutes from the apartment with rail links to major UK cities and towns, as well as local tram services.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, Nottingham can be easily explored in its entirety on foot. The apartment is just a 2 minute walk from the train station and local tram stop.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

A Hidden Gem

We stayed here for 1 week as our son was playing in the Touch Rugby World Cup. Communication from the start was top-notch and we had great confidence that should we have need anything at all, Ash and the team would do their utmost to deliver. The apartment was spotless, had everything you would need for a self catering stay and was brilliantly positioned for the tram and trains. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another of their fabulous apartments. 10/10 from us!
