“Comfortable stay in quiet residential area. Kitchen could be better equipped. Listing says on-site parking - it doesn’t. Two parking permits are provided. Have to carry stuff from there to house up small path. ”

“Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. ”

“Amazing place to stay, we had a double room with our own bathroom. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable while being convenient and sustainable. The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Lovely stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really convenient for The Royal Concert Hall for someone with limited mobility. Whole hotel is a little tired, but was clean and facilities were excellent. The bathroom in the room was well proportioned but the toilet was situated under a grab rail which made it virtually inaccessible for a larger person, sitting sideways was the only option. The restaurant was lovely, but was under staffed, there only appeared to be one (lovely, helpful)...

“I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room. La camera è pulita e confortevole con un bel bagno, macchina del caffè/te; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio accanto alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”
