1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. ...

The staff was amazing !! So friendly , happy to help with a big smiles on their faces. The only downfall was no cattle in the room , which any hotel should provide .

It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking ...
