Appreciate your honest review and humbly apologize for the A/C coz we've made several attempts to get them but they were away overseas for Xmas break and Tonga is a very small island and you do not expect what you find in bigger hotels overseas to be present here, it will all depend on availability on that special time as everything is imported from overseas here, but making sure that everything would be better taken care off from this point on.
