Thank you for your review, as per policy and procedures that are recommended by Expedia, who are the parent company to wotif, when YOU pay direct to wotif, we receive a virtual credit card, not your credit card details, so when you book in yes you do need to provide your details for incidentals, if you read the confirmation you would have found that in both our and wotif's policy. We adhere to the requirements of Expedia and if not then we would not be listed with them. We do offer our guest the option to save money on their bookings and most people are thankful for the information, it is also a lot easier for YOU the guest. We do have a cafe and museum here and we are glad you enjoyed the free entry to the museum and the room upgrade. As you stated some of our rooms have shared bathrooms, which is very clearly stated on our website and the booking confirmation from us and Expedia, it is located in the room features section. I do not believe that you were asked to check out early so we could run an errand, as we are a small business it is essential that one of us are always present when our doors are open, we also live onsite so we are ALWAYS here.
