“Do not book this property on vybro , got there for a concert only to find the owners "didnt know about my booking " didnt get access to property, had to book a hotel 30 miles out as none were left in the area due to the concert ”

“I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead.”

“Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. ”

“Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. ”

“House is nice but no clean very in tidy no higen cooking pots very mildly toilet very bad water leeking ”

“Outside courtyard was not swept or clean. With rubbish in the corner which was a shame as couldn't sit out. Also work next door was very loud all day yesterdayUnfortunately we have a 4week old baby we couldn't settled yesterday due to banging from building works. ”

“Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Clovelly Court is well placed and Nightingale House was well appointed with a great lay-out for 6 adults sharing. We were in the area for a wedding so the location was great and we loved that the property is walking distance from a superb and quirky pub, a fabulous coffee shop, pharmacy, and Sainsbury. A good location, too, for exploring further afield. All the bedrooms are a great size and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The owners are fab - great communication and very accommodating offering...

“I personally did not stay here. I booked for my mother and father and aunt. They came from America to visit me in Nottingham/Derby. From what I saw it was clean, neat, and well stocked with all thing things you need for a stay. My folks said the beds were comfortable and they enjoyed their stay. I would definitely book again for future guests visiting me. Thank you. ”

"Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è stata il servizio ho chiesto due sere di fila la colazione d’asporto ed entrambe le mattine si sono dimenticati o non lo hanno scritto. La colazione inoltre rispetto altri altri Leonardo non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine sebbene i camerieri siano gentili. In sintesi non ritornerei in questo hotel visto il servizio."
