“Lovely friendly helpful staff. Accommodated my late check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was a nice touch. Location was good, very near town centre but still fairly quiet. Parking on site.”

“On arrival, we were shown to the "penthouse", a twin room on the third floor. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room. The toilet adjacent to our room was ok but we were told that the shower room was not usable so we had to use one on the lower floor (which was for several other rooms). My partner...

“It was a shame that they had no fridge in the room and you had to ask for water and glass. But the staff were wonderful even remembered my order for coffee when I ordered it during the evening. Good stay and every one was helpful and polite.”
