“Both checkin and checkout process are very very slow. The staff at reception is not well trained. The first evening we found 3 coachroaches in our room. The next day we were moved to another room, where you expect everything is perfect, but the fridge was not working (changed in the afternoon). The food offer is very poor both in terms of offering (same plates every day) and taste. The beach/sea is nice but it does make up for the price you pay there. “Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. Even tanzania beer such as serengeti or kilimanjaro are not included, they just serve another beer included. In the room you will find 2 little bottles of water (200ml each). “The staff at La Perla were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean but basic and more African style rather than modern which for me was the attraction. The pool area is extremely clean and there’s plenty of sun beds both around it and on the beach. Food is the restaurant is very decent and doesn’t cost the earth. The view of the beach from the restaurant is amazing. The resort doesn’t sell alcohol but the restaurant next door does if that’s important to you.”

“The hotel is not finish yet. there is no gym and the spa is not ready. It would be wonderful in the future but now it is to expensive for what they offer. The manager Audry is a lovley person.”
