ordentliches ,sauberes und freundliches Hotel
schönes ,ordentliches Hotel. Frontdesk sehr freundich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer in gutem zustand , Badezimmer sauber. Pool sauber, schön warm. In der Dusche gab ein Shampo und Duschmittel. Bedienung langsam Essen nicht so gut, wurde reklamiert und kam besser zurück.

Het is een oud gebouw. De gangen lijken wel op een cellencomplex. De deuren naar de gangen en kamers zijn niet met 1 hand te openen. Zo zwaar! Er was s'avonds veel lawaai. Met luidsprekers. De koelkast sloeg elk uur aan met behoorlijk veel lawaai. Jammer dus allemaal voor zoveel geld.

Een groot hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Vlakbij het centrum. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. De onderburen staken de ene sigaret na de andere op, waardoor het rook onze kamer binnenkwam. Probleem werd direct opgelost door een vriendelijke medewerker. Ze gingen af en toe een sigaret roken. Het ontbijt was rijkelijk en erg lekker. Het zwembad was rustig en had heerlijk warm water. De kamers zouden geluidsdicht zijn. Echter hoorden wij de telefoon van de buren naast ons en boven ons, en de tv van de overburen. Verder was het bed heel hard. De spiralen staken er bijna uit. Dit bij vertrek aangegeven. Achteraf hadden we een topmatras kunnen vragen. Jammer dat dit niet preventief wordt gebruikt.

Positief: de locatie en het heerlijke, verse, goed verzorgde ontbijtbuffet en de fijne regendouche. Maar verder is het geen 4 sterren waardig... Kamer gedateerd en vies (vlekken op tapijt, spinnewebben jn de kamer), onverzorgd (behang eraf, zichtbaar geplamuurde plekken op de wand, de doucheruimte was zo vies door langdurig gebruik (vieze voegen etc) dat ik er alleen op slippers heb gedoucht. Er lag trouwens ook een paracetamol op de grond in de kamer bij aankomst (gevaarlijk met kleine kinderen!). Geen mogelijkheid tot ventileren 's avonds want geen ramen met horren maar schuifdeuren. Je hebt een zitje buiten maar daar lag nog allemaal as op de grond van rokers en je zit recht tegenover en naast je (rokende!) buren dus geen privacy en je krijgt sigarettenrook in je kamer als de deur opengeschoven is. Verder werkten de TV en minibarkoelkast niet, dat is gerepareerd na melding bij de receptie maar daarna was de koelkast zó lawaaiig dat ik de stekker eruit wilde halen. Toen ik de draad even bewoog stopte het geluid al dus konden we slapen. Je hoort de buren naast en boven je, ook het doorspoelen van de toiletten.

bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et literie confortable , calme et proximité forêt. piscine agréable. personnel souriant dommage aucuns ne parle français à part un serveur du restaurant qui connait quelques mots. compréhension sans soucis en anglais. réservation restaurant obligatoire le soir et de très bon plats tarif correct. une seule chaine télé en français. la salle de bain sombre et ancienne et moquette chambre tachée. petit déjeuner excellent et varié que je conseille de réserver et payer au préalable sur expédia. à 15kms de walibi holland une bonne situation à un prix raisonnable. un bon séjour et une nuitée très appréciée de ma famille.

Super hotel, voor herhaling vatbaar
Een heel vriendelijk ontvangst,mooi en schoon hotel. Echt hele fijne bedden goed matras en een heerlijk dekbed. Kamer was super schoon, ontbijt goed van 8 tot 12 ook netjes geregeld alles werd netjes bijgevuld. Personeel ook overal even vriendelijk zowel bij de receptie, als in het grand cafe , als in de ontbijtzaal.

Teleurgesteld, we gingen op de reviews af om hier eens een verblijf te boeken. We hadden kamernummer 126. Een muffe geur, vieze vloerbedekkingen en de kluis deed het niet. Vriendelijk personeel die in verlegenheid wordt gebracht door het achtergebleven onderhoud. Mooie omgeving maakt veel goed. Wij raden dit hotel niet aan.

Het is overal moeiljk 😉
Was altijd een tophotel, maar heeft na corona wat herstartproblemen. Personeel jong en onervaren, wat soms onnodige problemen oplevert. En zal blij zijn als het restaurant weer open is!!
