“Where to start here, the hotel itself on the face of it looks amazing, a grand reception hall, big bedrooms and swimming pools etc but that’s the facade. It’s in the middle of a nowhere desert , has limited restaurant service, poor food, no alcohol ‘allowed’ and unprofessional, poorly trained staff. “No routine housekeeping, all they are after is money and wouldn’t care about good service to offer to guests. For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired.
