“We were evacuated from Reno due to the fires. This hotel was a godsend- clean, safe, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We were able to wash and dry our clothes and relax in the hot tub. The room was beautiful - plenty of towels, toiletries, beds were very comfortable and the pillows amazing. We were so stressed because of the fires and staying here gave us incredible peace of mind and comfort. Thank you for everything!”

“The room was clean and fairly newly furnished. The bed was huge and comfortable, the pillows weren't that great but I bring my own. The room was a medium sized room with sitting chair, desk and rolly chair. The microwave was clean and functioned as expected, as well as the mini fridge. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”
