“The staff was great & the condition of the property was good. However, the inside of the building is definitely showing wear. The caulk in the shower was discolored and peeling, and in some cases missing altogether. The main reason I rated the property ⭐️⭐️ is due to the fact that the key cards don’t work. I was locked out of the laundry, the pool area, the outside doors, & my room on multiple occasions. The key card system they have in place does not work. It is a really frustrating...

“El personal muy amable. La cama muy cómoda. La alberca estuvo cerrada unos días de nuestra estancia pero los niños la pudieron disfrutar un día. El desayuno con estación de Omelette. Me volvería a quedar ahí. ”

“Older property showing its age Worn out chair & ottoman in room Shower head is probably original to the property and needs replaced Tile flooring is loose and cracked is a hazard on bare feet I guess I got what I paid for but I trusted others who rated the hotel as a 8 maybe a 6 $100 per night should have spent the extra $30 per night and stayed at Hampton Inn Property is clean but needs updating! Location is great! ”
