Hotel in zona Centro Città di Nuwara Eliya, Nuwara Eliya

“Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices. Besides these nothing was found by me which is problematic or annoying. Long story short,I liked staying there.”

“Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Never stay here! I would give my stay zero stars if possible. First, the curtains, bedding are stained and torn. The towel provided wasn’t suitable for the rag bag. The floors were damaged to the point shoes were necessary to move around. This property is one star not three.”

“Good spot for a night on the way— simple and clean, with lovely warm service. Probably a bit overpriced but a solid, good option. Food was delicious as well and they accommodated all of our needs.”

“Sorry to say, this was my least favorite hotel in Sri Lanka (and the most expensive). The vibes were just weird, and the room did not have a secure lock - unsettling for me as a female solo traveler. There was also a giant lizard in my room just as I was going to sleep. I had a drink at the pub on site and found it to...

“工作人員服務好，雖然硬件舊了一點，但整體來說性價比高，體驗不錯。提供風筒，電熱水壺，毛巾，番梘，電視，熱水洗澡。 位置於市中心，轉左行10分鐘到郵局，轉右行10分鐘有Pizza Hut超級市場好方便，行20幾分鐘到Gregory lake”

“The staff of the hotel is nice, however the hotel is not clean and you can barely open the windows. The price of the hotel compared to its conditions is unfair.”

“Great views, rooms just ok, but fine for the price. Breakfast was mediocre, but satisfying and served with a smile.”

“I had a nice stay, but to be honest I was expecting more from a property of this standard. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired. I also found it difficult to mix the taps in the shower to get the right temperature and there were no instructions on how to operate the heater. All in all I didn't feel the quality of the...
