“Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.”

“Beautiful hotel and outstanding staff who are willing to help. Food was tasty and wonderful. From housekeeping to restaurant staff and reception staff were all courteous and always willing to make your stay pleasant. Rooms were nice and always well presented by housekeeping staff. Special Thank You to the doorman who always made time to talk to me whenever he saw me. Hope the staff enjoyed the chocolates which I gave them? Thank you. ”

“The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!”

“Hotel s nice. Somehow old style, no lobby but front desk. Restaurant food is good. Staff is extremely friendly. I met 2 bugs in mt bathroom. I wish I could avoid it. ”

“At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only...

“Old property and being next to bus and train station, very busy traffic. If you are traveling by bus or train it’s ok. ”

“Clean room, location was not too bad. Staff was a little rude in the beginning but during the end was helpful. Make sure to tip the room staff, otherwise they will not be too nice.”
