Little Piece of Paradise
What a hidden gem!!! The location is private and you will definately need your own transport. The property is welcoming and has everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy. It is clean and tidy and the swimming pool crystal clear. The view of the beach is perfect from the back deck and/or the upstairs deck. We loved our stay and will most certainly be coming back.

Oak Beach
Our stay was amazing. I felt like we had our own private beach. The water was beautifully clear and warm! Make sure to bring your stinger suit Nov-May. The house was very comfortable! Close to town for shopping and restaurants! Close to the harbor for activities! The house contained all the amenities we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool was amazing! My time there will be engraved in my memory for the rest of my life.

Stunning property
This house is exceptional! Beautifully presented home with every need catered for. The location was just WOW! To have breakfast on the deck while watching dolphins frolick in the Coral Sea was a once in a lifetime experience. As a 60th birthday family holiday, it was memorable in the very best way.

Beautiful house and location
This is a beautiful property right on the beach on is located on a quiet, sublime street. Kitchen has everything you need. Linens and towels are nice. Beds very comfortable. Right on the ocean - listened to the waves all night long. Wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the property.

Awesome house!
Despite the weather being mixed during our stay, the house made it quite enjoyable - when raining, sitting on the couch looking out at the water was still relaxing. But when the sun came out, sitting out on the sun deck and cooling off in the pool was absolutely amazing. All the facilities were per the listing - really lovely. Thanks!

We loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. Beautiful home for a relaxing vacation
House was exactly as pictured. We were greeted with wonderful giant butterflies on the flowers outside to a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us. Location is perfect and central to both Port Douglas and Cairns. Beach was wonderful for amazing sunrises and morning/evening strolls. A fully supplied Nespresso machine made my and our daughters trip. We even played Scrabble together in the evening. Only recommended addition would be a blender to make smoothies but everything else you need to cook, clean and enjoy the beauty of the rainforest and Coral Sea is there. Hosts were extremely responsive and very easy to contact. A little piece of paradise!

Simply Paradise
This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at Belle Roche and it’s absolutely superb ! The location makes you feel like you are on a deserted island with all the commodities with the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets and only a short distance from the restaurants in Port Douglas. The house is impeccably kept and very clean and the owners have thought of absolutely everything ! Thank you Fiona and Alain for allowing us to share the experience once again ! Viv and Mark

Tranquil getaway
I would give this property 5 stars. What a wonderful restful retreat. This home was welcoming from the moment of entering the front door. And with a bottle of Moet in the fridge! The home is well organised and spotlessly clean. Every convenience you would want was there. The ambience was great and every piece of furniture was tasteful and blissfully comfortable, soooo important ( yet not often found) for a relaxing holiday. The beach welcomes you and is lovely to walk on. The sunrises stunningly beautiful. The hosts were easy to contact if necessary. Thank you for sharing your home, I would definitely stay here again. The house was beautifully presented. The communication with the owner was 5⭐️.
We had the most amazing stay in this beautifully presented home right on the beach. The sound of the water was hypnotizing and so peaceful. I can’t recommend the owners communication high enough. They responded promptly and helped with anything we needed. We would definitely come and stay here again without any hesitation at all. Everything we needed was in the home even a lovely complementary bottle of wine. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in their beautiful home.

Marvelous and Magnificent
Wow. What an amazing location and such a beautiful house. The pictures on the website are absolutely spot on. It looks fabulous, and it is fabulous. You just never get tired of that view. We weren't game to swim in the ocean with the various deadly critters, but that's okay, you can take in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the swimming pool. :-) We spent half our time just hanging out at the house. Everything you could need is there. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and there's a fantastic array of patio furniture. And if you feel like going out, it's a 10-15 minute drive to Port Douglas, which is a must-do as well. Loved, loved, loved it! Five stars.

Beautiful Beach House
You can tell that the owners love their house and take great care of it. The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. It was an easy drive to Port Douglas and all the sites. The kids would play on the beach for hours every day and the sunrises were stunning. I highly recommend this house.

It was simply superb
Yes, it was simply superb! Stayed to celebrate my mum's 80th. Wow! It was just perfect. I can't put into words the beauty of the location, from the gorgeous palms and beachfront location to the billions of stars at night. We had a perfect view of the Milky Way as there were no street lights. The house was perfect in every way with everything you need to cook if you want, with a BBQ and multiple dinner settings so you can set up a beautiful table for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which we did every day, overlooking the beach. Beds and linen were first class and plenty of towels were provided. We loved the view and ambience so much we spent most of our time at home. The setting was spectacular and we swam in the pool each day! So much more to say but not enough space here! I have travelled extensively and by far, this is the best property I have stayed at. It was perfect in every way!

Awesome Beach Holiday home
This was just the perfect place for me and my family to holiday in. A beautiful seaside house , beautifully kept , Lovely pool and direct access to Oak Beach. Close enough to Port Douglas but also far enough out of town to be able to just sit and relax . Would highly recommend this house , we will be back !

Beautiful spot for a quiet holiday
The best-stocked house we've ever stayed in - Fiona has thought of everything. Beautiful decor. it felt like home. Boys had a great time exploring the beach and in the pool. I loved reading on the super comfy lounges looking out to the beach, and having a vino on the deck outside under the moon and the palm trees. Is a 15 min drive to Port Douglas (the closest shops) which is the only thing to take into consideration. Taxi's from Port Douglas are available if you don't want to drive. we had easy day trips to Palm Cove, Mossman Gorge and Port Douglas.

The location is lovely, house is well equipped with quality kitchen ware and a huge assortment of candles which we appreicated. The styling of the house is lovely . Furniture good quality , bedding and linen lovely. Criticism - glass windows and doors to the view were dirty, some of the fly screens were ill fitted so did not work. When we arrived house smelt musty in two of the bedroom. I would book this house again but thought the price was high for the age and tireness of the house.

Well appointed beachhouse in a lovely tropical location
Although we didn't have great weather (thanks Cyclone Imogen!) we still enjoyed a very relaxing holiday in this lovely beach house - lounging around and taking dips in the pool. The house has everything you need and more, comfy furnishings, big plush bath and beach towels and enough kitchen equipment for an easy self-catering stay. There's plenty of room for a family, with separate media room and a large lounge area that looks out to the views (which was great for when it was raining!) The upstairs balcony (off the master bedroom) is also a great spot to sit and enjoy the view.

Paradise in NQ
We cannot say one bad word about this property and our experience whatsoever. The house is beautifully stocked with absolutely everything and more you might expect from a holiday house. Immaculately clean and beautifully presented in every aspect. Everything you could want was on hand and of wonderful quality. Special note must be mentioned about the towels throughout which were amazing. Our stay was our 1st Wedding Anniversary and the setting was absolutely perfect. Fiona was very patient and responsive in our communications which was absolutely amazing. If anything, I would say that the photos do not do this house and location justice. Nestled in a very quiet, secluded piece of paradise in FNQ, this house, the hosts and the experience cannot be beat. The best part about this property apart from the quality was the flexibility. 15 minute drive to Port Douglas to do a spot of shopping etc and you come home to private paradise. We inquired about our next trip 2 days into our first stay at Belle Roche - that's how much we loved it.

Amazing
This quiet beach house was everything we hope it would be. The house is well stocked for any cook or hostess. It was clean, bright and airy and very comfortable! The pool is great, clean and gets a good afternoon shade. The beach is beautiful and the waves add to the ambiance. No swimming in the ocean though - stingers and crocs, but it’s good for a stroll.

Paradise Perfect
This is one of the best locations in Australia, beautiful Oak Beach and this property can't be faulted. I have stayed in 20+ private homes in Port Douglas and Oak Beach and this house is the best equipped I have ever come across. Spotlessly clean and well set up its all you need for a great holiday.

Paradise!
Beautiful property in a stunning location. Stayed for a week with family of four, kids spent the whole time in the pool, on the beach, or asleep! Extremely well appointed kitchen and cooking facilities- we ate in every night. Very relaxing stay- felt like the rest of the world was a million miles away!

Luxury on the beach
A beautifully presented beach house. Loved sleeping in the huge master suite upstairs with the doors open to the balcony listening to the waves lapping the beach. A half hour walk to Tahla Beach Resort for breakfast was a lovely start to the day. And the dark skies were magical for Astro photography.

Perfect just perfect
Bella Roche is a very special place. The location right I the beach is stunning. The home has a wonderful open summer feel. Anything and everything we needed was right there from every possible kitchen utensils to candles for beautiful evening dining, cooler bags, picnic gear and the list goes on, Fiona and Alain are friendly and helpful and have thought of everything possible to make Bella’s roche a perfect place to stay. It Felt like our own private tropical island! I can’t imagine anyone coming away from here unhappy (apart from having to leave!!).

Easy to book, everything as stated and shown on the website. The owner kept me updated with information about the property before booking in. Easy access to the property, so beautiful and quiet. Everything you want and more, right on the beach. Highly recommend staying at this piece of paradise, just a quick easy drive from Port Douglas.

One could not ask for more !!!!
Just spent a great week at Belle Roche. Just fabulous. Key things to note: 1) Just the house and location are as per the pictures. 2) The house is modern, well equipped (ie good kitchen, bathrooms, pantry, fast wifi), spacious and comfortable. 3) Full a/c in whole house. 4) A great location right on the beach. Nice and quiet. 5) Pool and deck area are great. 6) House fully prepped on arrival and ready to go. 7) Great comms and information from owners pre stay. If you went with some friends, your family or just as a couple you will not be disappointed. This house is great.

“A Piece of Paradise”
Absolutely beautiful accommodation, nothing more we could have asked for. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. We booked a holiday for relaxation and planned to do a bit of sightseeing, however, the holiday home is on the beach along with a beautiful swimming pool, and a hammock on the beach surrounded by coconut palms and we found it pointless to leave this amazing setting. We were only 15 to 20 minutes drive to Port Douhlas and found we enjoyed the drive for dinner every night. The only downfall was that we should have booked for a longer period of time, we stayed for 5 nights, owning your own business restricted us to do so but will definitely be returning soon Thank you Fiona and Alain for allowing us to share the experience.
