Spacious. Clean. So great not having to worry about linens, towels or pillows. 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Coffee pot was tiny. No teapot. Would recommend staying here. Would have liked instructions for the heat/ac and the tv remotes.

Overall enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 8 of us who traveled for a golf weekend and the property can definitely can sleep more than that. About a 20 minute walk to restaurants and the property is located off a quiet side street. Very good communication with Vacasa and everything was very clean. There definitely are some more luxurious properties on the island but this fit exactly what our group needed at a reasonable price.

The house is cute inside and nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to spread out for the six of us while we attended a three day wedding event. It was central to Oaks Bluff & Vinyard Haven. The house was clean and easy to access. My only grievance would be to leave instructions on how to operate the split systems for heat/AC for ones that are unfamiliar with it. I think the kitchen could be better equipped with decent glassware, pots and pans and serving platters, wood charcuterie board for the nights when we cooked in. The beds were quite comfortable but could use more decent bedding. I would recommend this place for groups requiring a place for family and friends.

The house was very clean and well kept. Perfect location in walking distance of circuit Ave in oak bluffs. It was my fourth time visiting Martha’s Vineyard and each time was a different experience. That’s the beauty of the island!🙏

Perfect location. Clean. Spacious. Convenient to Oaks Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Vacasa - not flexible, property management company. If property is cleaned and ready allow travelers to gain early access. Continue to adhere to check out times to ensure timeliness for cleaning. That's what owner's do.

This was a good house in a good location. It was supplied with lots of stuff we’d need, like hand soap, bath towels, and silverware. Clean, comfortable beds. Fast WiFi. Mostly quick communication. The street is an unpaved dirt road, quite bumpy. Overall great experience.

We had a car so location was not a big factor and it's a short drive from town center. Our girls trip was early October, it was a little chilly and after several calls, we never got a response from property manager on how to use the wall HVAC units that were in each room as the heat source. There was no information in the house either. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Lovely home. The outside shower a real plus for rinsing sand from feet before entering home. Management was fast and responsive in replacing an iron that was missing from the premises. Recommendations- would be great if beach towels were provided, as well as lamps in bedrooms and small trash cans in bedrooms. Should mention stairs are steep so plus that a bedroom is on the ground level. The internet was not strong. Underneath beds were a bit dusty. Other than these recommendations, we had a glorious stay. So Glad we rented a car because you really need one, but technically you can walk to Oak Bluffs Center. Next time I will try to walk on occasion but will still definitely rent a car! All in all, I loved the Oak Bluffs Beauty. A discount for rebooking for the following year would have been a great gesture. Please consider.

3rd floor bedroom: 1) Soda bottle and candy wrappers behind bed 2) Smoke alarm was not activated 3) Air conditioning remote was inoperable 1st Floor: 1) Trash under furniture cushions 2) Shower curtain was not clean 3) Refrigerator extetior was not clean and had fingerprints on doors 4) Lightbulb missing in bathroom 5) WATER TEMPERATURE IS EXTREMELY HIGH 6) Dining room chairs were all very loose and maintenance man had to be called in 7) Found leak underneath kitchen sink on 1st day Positive: The decor was relaxing and attractive; there was a sufficient supply of dinnerware and cooking utensils; grounds were neatly manicured; staff was accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would definitely use 45 Linton Avenue again with these mi or changes!!

Nicely renovated. Clean. A lot of open space. Included all of the necessities (kitchen supplies, soap and shampoo in kitchen and bathrooms, laundry detergent, grill, Ext). We were a little confused by the cable. The house has an xfinity remote but we couldn’t access the cable. We could only utilize the video subscription services like Netflix and Hulu. It would be nice to have this called out in the rental listing or at least in the info about check in. Also call our that utensils, plates and cups are included in the kitchen.
