“Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. Little downside was that there was hole in the wall near the shower where spiders and ants crawled out from time to time. Also the door...

“I had a nice two night stay at the Blackstone. It’s well maintained, clean and staff are friendly. It’s near the river and was a 5-10 minutes walk to the Art Institute and Auditorium Theatre. Bath products were lovely and the robe was so comfy. I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe and comfortable at this property.
Two small considerations: the restaurant closes by 10. Coming home from the theatre, it would have been nice to have a nightcap option that didn’t require an uber ride....

“Ottima struttura, molto accogliente la hall con bar disposto centrale con impatto scenico elevato, buono il comfort in camera , da risistemare un po’ le stanze perché molto spaziose ma molto spartane... nonostante la zona centrale e abbastanza insonorizzato da migliorare in quanto si sente in lontananza il passaggio metro....”

“Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage.
