Clean, beautiful condo by Lake Erie! Perfect getaway for a family of four.

A 5 star experience- that is our goal for your stay! This is a second floor condominium (with multiple stairs) located in peaceful Green Cove Resort. It is perfect for a family of four. We are located off of Rt 2, just about halfway between Sandusky and Toledo.
This condo is ideal for fishermen, birdwatchers, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, queen bed, and queen sofa sleeper. Over the past year we have added several additional items for our guests to enjoy! The sleeper sofa mattress and queen bed are both topped with a memory foam pad for your comfort. There is also a small futon if you are in need of 3 separate beds. If you happen to be a very serious coffee drinker, you may also be delighted to find an espresso machine and coffee bean grinder in addition to the regular old coffee pot. 😉
Relax by the very nice pool which is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. There are lounge chairs around the pool that are available for you to use, so you only need to bring your towel!
For the fishermen- there are two fish cleaning houses that you may use. These are fantastic. You can keep the bugs off of you while you clean your catch! Large bags and a chest freezer are inside for easy disposal of carcasses.
30 ft dock is available at your doorstep. Perfect for your boat, jet ski's or kayak.
Restaraunt/lounge (Wild Wings), fishing charters, bait store and gas station are within walking distance (1/2 mile).
Cedar Point, Lakeside Marblehead, Catawba Island, Port Clinton, Ferries, Wineries, Beaches, Magee Marsh, and many other attractions are located within 30 miles of the property.
Here's a hint for you: If you like to comb the sand for beach glass, Magee Marsh is the perfect place to find some! This is also a great place bring your chair to relax and enjoy the beach, the view, and the birds!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The manager is easy to get ahold of if needed. The neighbors are very nice. The neighborhood and pool is clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Small but Mighty

As pictured. As clean as any place we have ever stayed, including 5 star hotels. Zero mold! Nicely appointed. Nice bed, bedding, towels. Very comfortable for two. Tight for 4. You better really like each other for 6. Hanging is at a premium. Be prepared to use dresser drawers. Hosts are easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Memorial Day get away

This property never fails. My husband and I just love this property. I believe this is our fifth year in a row, staying at the same condo. Always very clean, well maintained, very comfortable, and well decorated. We have been in a couple other condos at the same complex and this rental by far is the best!!!

Great condo that has everything you need

The location is perfect if you are a birder. Everything was very clean. The appliances are wonderful for cooking and the washer and dryer are great. Everything was as described. I’m not a coffee drinker but there is an espresso maker for those who do. The bed was very comfortable. I’ll be staying here again that is for sure. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo.

Peaceful Stay.

It was a very peaceful place to stay. All the neighbors were nice. The home was clean and the host was great. She responded to my messages very quickly and always willing to help. I would stay with them again hopefully next year it will be available.

Walleye Getaway

We spent more time inside than planned because of the heavy winds that prohibited us from getting out on the lake. As a result we really only were able to fish one day but we did catch our limit on that day.

Great Location, close to birdwatching hotspots

The place was as advertised. Clean, quiet and right on the water. If you are into birdwatching, just minutes away from Magee Marsh and Ottawa Wildlife Refuge.

Good Place to Stay

The condo was just as advertised. Has private dock directly behind the condo for those with a boat. The condo was clean, comfortable & nicely furnished. Good location with water access to Erie. Only negative was the outside light in the stairwell was not working. I understand that is was being repaired. Would not hesitate to stay again.

LOVE IT

We had such a great time this year and the second time back to the same condo. We will definitely try to rent this condo again. It is very comfortable and clean. The past two years we have other couples come with us and they rent their own condo but every time they came to our condo, both couples have complimented the condo, the decor, the lay out. Convenient location for bird watchers and coastal explorers

We spent 5 nights here in early May to coincide with the spring arrival of migrant warblers and other birds along the coast of Lake Erie. This location is perfect for that. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity so we stocked up on groceries in Oak Harbor and prepared meals in this nautically-themed condo. Watching the boats come and go through the windows in the main living area added interest to our stay. We would gladly return if our travels bring us to this part of Ohio again.
