• Local favorites (under 5 miles): Middleton Park, restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, two fishing piers, putt putt golf, splash pad, skate park, Farmer’s Market, and craft fairs.

• Lonerider (1.4 mi) — Casual food and drinks, game nights, live music, and a great outdoor space.
• Island Way Restaurant (2.4 mi) — On the Ocean Crest Pier, with a solid wine list and ocean views.
• Day trips: Historic Southport is well worth a visit for charming dining and shopping — and don’t miss the ferry to Bald Head Island, accessible only by boat. No cars allowed, so golf carts and bikes rule the island.

CONDO RULES
Check-in: After 4pm | Checkout: 10am | Keyless entry
NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind — including e-cigarettes and vaping — inside the unit or on the balcony(s). A $500 remediation fee applies.
PETS: Dog-friendly, limit of 2. A $200 pet fee is required prior to arrival. Dogs must be crated when left alone, up-to-date on shots, and on a flea & tick preventative. Undisclosed pets or flea/tick issues result in forfeiture of reservation or a $200 remediation fee, respectively.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and on-site throughout the stay.
EXTENDED STAYS: Stays of 2+ weeks require a weekly housekeeping refresh at $80/visit. Guest starts laundry at least 1 hour before the cleaner arrives; the cleaner handles the rest — beds, kitchen, bathrooms, floors. About 1 hour per visit.
GRILL: Propane grill on the ground level by the picnic table. Bring your own propane canister and clean the grate before and after use.
GOLF CARTS & ELECTRICAL VEHICLES: Fuel-powered golf carts are welcome. No EV charging of any kind — no charging stations, extension cords, or outlet use for vehicles inside or outside the unit. Violations result in forfeiture of booking.
PARKING: 3 on-site parking passes included at no charge.
SECURITY: Ring doorbell camera at front entrance.

ACCESSIBILITY: Front door ~29”, bedroom doors ~28”, bathroom door ~22”.
